Watch out for this property! I strongly advise against anyone staying at this accomodation. Positive: The only redeeming quality of this property is its excellent location. Beyond that, everything else was a major problem. Check for other low score reviews (the problems are usually the same). Trust this. Everything stated here is fully documented in our chat history and backed by screenshots and photographic evidence provided to Customer Support from us to prove the entire story. Negative: The host charges an additional fee (besides the stated city tax) that is completely unmentioned in the property listing. While he appears helpful and understanding initially, he is actually just adept at making excuses to justify the issues with the place. These included: the living room TV being too small and incredibly slow, while the bedroom TV is large enough to obstruct access to our belongings inside the wardrobe; the refrigerator being completely dysfunctional, constantly falling apart, or getting stuck in the freezer section; the main bedroom curtain failing to darken the room or serve any purpose at all; the strong chemical smell on the bath towels; the showerhead falling down while we were trying to bathe; dark, impure water coming out of the sinks (which has happened for two days in a row and it made it difficult to brush our teeth or even wash our hands, in fact); the pillows were not very comfortable; the pans and silverware were not well washed and a general lack of organization due to a shortage of furniture or cabinets to properly store items in their respective rooms. However, the most primary factors that we complained about were the freezing cold shower water (later he sent a message saying that it would only be fixed after roughly a month and that there was nothing he could do about it), the lack of cleanliness of the place itself (it was dusty in a lot of corners, we have found socks that belong to previous guests inside the drawer or behind furniture). He then offered another cleaning service with no charge (deservedly so),but the socks problem remained. Regardless, the limit was reached when, later on, there were bugs in the bathroom! This is a sanitary issue! Perhaps it was due to subpar cleaning or a situation in the neighborhood, but it is still unacceptable and intolerable. We could no longer stay there! This is practically false advertising! It needs improvement. As of right now,the place is not in any condition to welcome new guests.

Positive: Muy céntrico y es espacioso. Había café en la cocina como extra y aire acondicionado perfecto para el verano. Negative: El edificio olía raro, pero el piso en sí era muy limpio.
