Positive: Хорошее расположение, быстрое самостоятельное заселение, большая площадь апартаментов. Рядом есть кафе, магазин.
Negative: Мебель очень старая и амортизированная. Стиральная машина не откатывается после завершения стирки и нужно выдернуть шнур из розетки и подождать 15 минут. Сушился для белья сломана - нужно заменить. В целом состояние апартаментов оставляет желать лучшего, нужно обновление.

Positive: Sehr große Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz sowie Ausstattung. Ruhige zentrumsnahe Lage.
Negative: Pro Bett nur eine große Zudecke. Steuerung der Heizung etwas unklar.

Positive: L’appartamento è centrale, pulito e molto spazioso. Perfetto per noi che eravamo in 5 e cercavamo una casa grande! L’host è super gentile e disponibile, ha esaudito tutte le nostre numerose richieste. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Un mega saluto da Roma a Rares! 😘
