Tranquil Unirii - Airy & Comfy with Parking

Esperienza eccellente, alloggio confortevole e ideale per un gruppo di amici Positive: Ho soggiornato per quattro giorni con un gruppo di amici (i totale eravkmo 6 persone) e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Al nostro arrivo il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di spumante in frigo, gesto molto apprezzato. La casa era completamente arredata, molto pulita, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Un punto di forza è sicuramente il divano letto, molto grande e situato in una stanza separata con porta, utilizzabile quindi come una vera e propria terza camera da letto. Anche la cucina era molto spaziosa, perfetta per un gruppo numeroso. Esperienza decisamente positiva, consigliata. I stayed for four days with a group of friends (there were six of us in total) and we had a really great time. Upon our arrival, the owner had left a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge, which was a much appreciated gesture. The house was fully furnished, very clean, spacious, and equipped with all the comforts. One of the highlights was definitely the sofa bed, which was very large and located in a separate room with a door, making it feel like a real third bedroom. The kitchen was also very spacious, perfect for a large group. Overall, a very positive experience — highly recommended.

Positive: Excellent location. Everything you need is within walking distance. The availability of a parking space is more than wonderful. The instructions for check-in and check-out are accurate and adequate. Extremely warm, even too much. It has the normal amenities needed for a wonderful stay, whether for work or vacation. Quick contact with the host, who is extremely kind and responsive to any questions. I would gladly use this accommodation again. Thanks for everything to Rareș.

No water in second bathroom Positive: The apartment is lovely. Very spacious. It's exactly like the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short break. I would say that the cooking hob only has one ring which would be limiting if staying longer and doing a lot of cooking. The parking was excellent. Perfect having a space to put the car. The location was very central. Just a short walk to the old town. Lots of supermarkets and food options nearby. Couldn't fault that aspect of the apartment. Negative: The only negative was that the bathroom off the main bedroom had no water in it. The host knew this and didn't pre warn us. My elderly mother was with us. That bathroom was the one with the shower. The other only had a bath and a hold shower head. She couldn't get into and out of the bath, so she couldn't wash herself properly. The host offered a 20% reduction, which I did not receive until I went through booking.com. I read the previous review from the people who had stayed there before us, and they also had no water, so the host could have informed us. It unfortunately affected our stay quite a lot due to my mother being with us, which was the reason we had wanted two bathrooms in the first place.

Positive: The house is located at Unirii bulevard, a very central location, a 5-minute walk from the old town and the parliament! The apartment building, though old, is well-kept and clean. The area is safe. Negative: The first bad thing is that two hours prior to our check in we were informed that the second bathroom was out of order- which made our stay really difficult since we were 6 people having to use only one bathroom. We were told that it was going to be fixed, but we stayed for 4 days and it wasn't fixed. We got a 20% discount but it wouldn't make up for the whole inconvenience that we experienced. All in all, the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned, most surfaces were covered in dust, the dishes were dirty, also the garbage bin under the sink. The only places that seemed clean were the sink, the toilet bowl and the floor. That is a pity, because if the bathroom was fixed and the house was cleaner our rating would be an absolute 10/10
