O sedere excelenta! Positive: Un apartament ingrijit si foarte curat. Bucataria foarte bine utilata, am putut pregati cina foarte usor. Baia cu cada este un mare plus pentru mine. Calitate/pret foarte bun.

Convenient location in self catering apartment Positive: Location very good, and apartment served its purpose very well for what we needed. Negative: Kitchen facilities limited. The shower and specifically the hot water in the bathroom needs to be simplified and needs to work without hassles.

Positive: La ubicación, cerca del centro y al lado de un Carrefour.. Habitación muy amplia, agua caliente rápida... Negative: Falta de material de cocina, algunas luces no funcionan, la cortina de la ducha deja pasar el agua, vi dos cucarachas.

Safe and Central Positive: The apartment is close to Piata Uniiri 2 metro station (less than 10 minutes on foot). Marius met me there and gave a friendly and thorough explanation on how to use the apartment's main facilities. The area had a relaxed feel to it and was very close to a wide range of food outlets and other retailers. I walked extensivley around side of Bucharest. The long tree lined boulevard that takes you towards the grand Palace of Parliament was particularly pleasant. The parliament itself makes the Palace of Westminster (UK) look bijou! I enjoyed watching police officers orchestrate and control traffic in peak hours. Negative: The shower reaches a marginally tepid temperature. Marius made me aware of it and the option of a back-up hot water system, however I was able to tolerate the heat limitations. Getting back into the apartment continued to be difficult because the front door lock was rigid. I brought it to Marius's attention, so will hopefully be addressed.
